|---|---|---|
daily_brief | How today is going for the connected Amazon seller account, as ONE short paragraph written to be read aloud: units sold so far today in the store's own time zone, the money Amazon has actually POSTED recently (today's fees do not exist yet — they post 7.5-13 days after purchase), | Seller Central |

what_i_cannot_tell_you | The honest limits of this account's data, measured live for the connected seller: which SKUs have unrecorded costs (profit overstated), how many recent orders Amazon has not fully posted yet, whether ad spend is invisible, and the structural limits that apply to everyone. | Seller Central |

What is on the shelf, how long it lasts, what running out cost.
| Tool | What it answers | Needs |
|---|---|---|
get_reorder_plan | What to reorder, how much, by when and from whom, per SKU: stock (Amazon's, or the seller's own shelf for merchant-fulfilled listings), the 30-day sales rate, days until it runs out, the lead time used and where it came from, the supplier and their minimum order. | Seller Central |
get_stock_history | How long one SKU has been in stock on one marketplace and what running out cost: days in stock, out of stock, not launched yet and unknown (no snapshot), each stock-out period, the first receipt, units per day on in-stock days only, and an ESTIMATE of sales lost while out of stoc | Seller Central |

Limits and guarantees
- Nothing reaches Amazon from an assistant. Every change is a draft; a person approves it in AgentXray in the browser, and the connector token cannot call the approval endpoint.
- Amazon settles fees 7–13 days after an order. Recent days are marked as still being posted and are never shown as zero.
- A day Amazon has not reported is unknown, not zero: tools return null with the reason, and `what_i_cannot_tell_you` lists every gap.
- Advertising covers Sponsored Products. Negative keywords are added at ad-group level; placement adjustments apply to Sponsored Products campaigns.
- Agencies with several client accounts on one marketplace pass `account` (the client's seller id from `list_my_accounts`). AgentXray refuses to guess between clients.
- Every applied change is judged 14 days later: listing changes on conversion, advertising changes on the money they made after fees and ad spend.
