Amazon's Pan-European FBA programme. Inventory is distributed automatically across Amazon's EU fulfillment centres, lowering local fulfillment fees but creating VAT registration obligations in every country where stock is held.
Pan-EU requires VAT registration in DE, FR, IT, ES, PL, and CZ as Amazon may place stock in any of these countries. The trade-off is lower FBA fees and Prime eligibility across all 5 EU marketplaces from a single inventory pool.
